Coeza

Coeza is a local company focused on promoting the development of mexican cities through innovative mechanisms in the real estate market, always seeking to generate quality products, positively impacting users and investors and providing solutions to current problems.

We developed the naming by combining 2 words: trust and certainty in spanish. These words were chosen because Coeza provides these characteristics to the client in the quality of their processes. Coeza’s icon represents the 4 pillars of the company: architecture/design, administration/sales, construction and legal. We wanted the icon to easily reflect the type of company Coeza is. The bold typography gives stability to the brand and a confidence that we wanted to portray.
